Autism Advocate / Investor

Cathy is a seasoned Entrepreneur and Startup Advisor with over 20 years of experience in leading technical and operational projects. She excels in product and project management, strategy, and technical consulting, having worked with businesses across various sectors. Cathy is also a dedicated Autism Advocate, drawing inspiration from her two brothers on the spectrum.

Conner (Wyatt) Herman, BCBA, MBA, is a board-certified behavior analyst, author, and leading children’s sleep consultant. She is the founder of Percy, a sleep technology platform using behavioral data to drive lasting change for families and clinicians. A former U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer and mother of four, she brings rigor and resilience to her work. With degrees in Behavioral Psychology and business from Kellogg, she also co-founded Dream Team Baby, helping shape today’s sleep consulting industry.
